Then EMS specialists will remotely diagnose problems and make adjustments remotely, or qualify the need to dispatch technicians to the site only if needed. This reduces site visits and associated expenses. The remote system has the ability for alarm notification and prioritization.

AlarmEX is a program proprietary to Phoenix ESG, which allows our technicians to receive alarms daily on all issues within your facility. It filters all energy critical alarms, allowing us to diagnose and dispatch service if necessary, for critical issues that otherwise may go on for weeks unnoticed, costing your company money. We are often able to fix the problem remotely before the location realizes any issues.

Our call management and database system, which is was developed for Phoenix ESG, tracks all activity. Management reports are generated and provided for identification of repeat activities that adversely impact the use of EMS. Audits for compliance with corporate parameters can be provided. Help Desk support is available to vendors to support field visits.
