EnterpriseDX Architecture

The EnterpriseDX system is web-based architecture. The center of any EMS system is the Application Web Server. The Application Web Server is made up of the following:

  • Microsoft Windows 2000/20003 Server (ASP.NET).
  • Microsoft SQL or Oracle database.
  • Administration Applications.
  • Application presentment is accomplished using Active Server Pages (ASP) containing customer, and .NET / ActiveX controls.
  • Custom, web-based graphics. System and control graphics using web technology such as SVG, VRML, and others to allow users to navigate their Facility Management Systems graphically.
  • Web Services (Local or Remote Gateways) are facilitated using web standards like HTTP, XML, and SOAP.
  • EnterpriseDX is a system that is built upon open standards. Graphics are edited using commercially available tools such as Microsoft Front page, etc.
